This Civil Application is moved for taking up writ petition for final hearing expeditiously.

In the petition, the applicant-petitioner, who claims to be a student of B.Tech. Civil Engineering course, has questioned the vires of a rule which deals with award of grace marks. After hearing the petitioner, this Court granted "Rule" in the writ petition.

At this stage anxiety of the applicant-petitioner is to get the writ petition decided expeditiously considering the fact that her academic session is coming to an end and outcome of the petition will decide her future course of action/prospects.

{2} ca495019.odt This Court is sensitive to the fact that the applicantpetitioner is a student and in view of the nature of challenge raised in the petition, granted "Rule". However, having regard to the workload and other urgent matters, which are to be heard on priority basis, at admission stage, this Court is not in a position to take up the petition for final hearing before summer vacation. As such, present Civil Application stands disposed of with liberty to the applicant-petitioner to renew her request after summer vacation-2019.
