We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGPs.

We are not inclined to entertain the writ petitions on merits of the matter. So far as release of vehicles are concerned the petitioners may prefer an appeal.

One of the grievance of the petitioners, it appears, is that respondent no. 2 - Tahsildar, Nadurbar has declined to weigh the sand separately; so as to ascertain the exact weight of the sand.

We find the said request to be reasonable.

Respondent no. 2 - Tahsildar, Nandurbar may weigh the vehicles of the petitioners by unloading the sand and also the sand separately. The same be done preferably within seven (07) days.

The petitioners may file an appeal so far as penalty and the prayer for release of vehicles are concerned.

7.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of.

No costs.
