Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent/State.

The facts in detail have been discussed in the order dated 27.04.2022. The general allegations have been levelled against applicant No.1, 4 to 9. The Court has gone through the FIR and the allegations levelled against the applicants. After having gone through the record, this Court is of the view that the prosecution has no case for custodial interrogation against applicants No.1, 4 to 9. Therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order - i) The application is allowed.

ii) The order granting interim protection dated 27.04.2022 in favour of applicants No.1, 4 to 9 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions except the condition to attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday. However, they shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice.
