This application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased by condoning the delay. Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties.

Heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties. Through the application is filed for bringing the legal heirs of deceased on record, however, there is delay in bringing the said legal heirs. Instead of making separate application for condonation of delay, the learned Advocate for the applicants has simply mentioned in the prayer khs/Nov.2025/10988

- 2 - clause about the details of delay. Sufficient cause for such inordinate delay is not mentioned.

Though there is a huge delay in bringing the LR's on record, since the matter pertains to motor accident claim and there is no serious objection on behalf of the respondents, for the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, it is necessary to bring the legal representatives of the concerned appellants on record to proceed further in the first appeal. Hence, this civil application is allowed by condoning the delay as mentioned in the application. 3.

The legal representatives of appellant Nos. 1, 3 and 4 be brought on record forthwith considering the fact that the first appeal is of the year 2008.
