The learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 invited our attention to the averments made in paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the affidavit in reply dated 31st July, 2019 and also to the order dated 18th July, 2019 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad and would submit that the order passed by this Court on 21st August, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 4930 of 2014 has been complied with.
