The terms are valid. The compromise is accepted. It is taken on record and marked as Exh.'X' for identifcation.

This First Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise produced on record which is taken on record. 4.

The award be drawn up accordingly. Court fees be refunded to the appellant as per the rules. No costs. 5.

On depositing of the amount of compensation in terms of the compromisee it be paid to the respondents as per compromise term.
