This application is filed on 3rd May, 2014, praying for quashing the FIR No. 29 of 2014, dated 17th April, 2014, registered with Police Station, Sengaon, District Hingoli for the offences punishable under sections 324, 323, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal code. Since the application is pending for more than two years and there is no interim/ad-interim relief granted by this Court in the matter, we do not think it appropriate to keep this application pending
