Mr.Gunale, learned counsel submits that after filing of the present Writ Petition, petitioners have been absorbed in other institution, however, the only grievance that would remain is of the non payment of salary from April, 2011 till the date of derecognition.

2] Learned counsel further submits that he has also given representation on 22/4/2013 to the respondent no.2. 3] Learned AGP states that if the said representation is pending, that would be decided on its own merits. 4] In light of above, respondent no.2 shall decide representation dated 22/4/2013 (Exh.H) on its own merits in accordance with law
