Mr. Chaukidar, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court had taken cognizance of attendance of the devotees from entire country and abroad at Shirdi and had directed the State Government to act in tune with its policy to have 6 lane road for 1250 meters length and 4 lane road for the stretch of Kalhar to Kopargaon. It had directed the State to complete the said works within four months from the date of order

Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that as far as the work of four lane State High Way 10 is concerned out of 41.80 Km. Length of road 28 Kms. work of D.B.M. Is completed. Out of three big bridges the work of one bridge is completed and remaining two bridges will be completed by 31st May, 2015. It is also stated in the communication received by the learned A.G.P. from the Executive Engineer, World Bank Project that out of 1250 meter road as was directed vide order of this Court the work of the 6 lane road to the extent of fifty per cent is over and remaining work would be completed by 31st May, 2015. The said communication is taken on record and marked "X" to the civil application No.4754 of 2015. 3.
In view of the said communication received by the State, which is marked "X", the civil application stands disposed of.
