The permission is sought to pay an amount of Rs. 9.25 crores for development activities by way of grant. The same is sanctioned by the Government vide resolution dated 20.01.2015. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties. At present we would allow the applicant to pay an amount of Rs. 2.00 crores (Rs. Two crores only) for repairs of old water reservoir

2 ca 4747.15 and Rs. 3.25 crores (Rs. Three crores Twenty Five Lacs only) to lay down raw water pipeline, as the same is sanctioned in the Government Resolution dated 20.01.2015. The civil application is disposed of.
