The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal to include the name of the present petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali is already forwarded by the Education Officer to the Director of Education (Primary), on 15.03.2017, but the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 to 3.

In case, the proposal seeking inclusion of the name of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 2 (Page No. 30), then respondent

2 wp 1689.2021 no. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within four (04) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
