A prayer is made to permit the applicant to spend an amount of Rs. 1,29,07,778/- for award of contract for the period 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016 for preparation of Motichur Bundi Ladoos, Bundi and Barfi.

It is submitted that, every year contracts are given. In the light of that, we allow the applicant to spend an amount of Rs. 1,29,07,778/- (Rs. One Crore Twenty Nine Lacs Seven thousand

2 ca 4751.15 Seven hundred Seventy Eight only) for award of contract for the period 01.04.2015 to 31.03.2016 for preparation of Motichur Bundi Ladoos, Bundi and Barfi. The tender notice shall be published in leading news papers, so also shall be done by Etendering process. Though the permission is sought to spend an amount of Rs. 1,29,07,778/-, the Committee shall strive to see that the contract is awarded at more competitive rate. The civil application is disposed of.
