By this petition, the petitioners have put forth prayer clause-B seeking a direction to the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation to consider the representations filed by the petitioners.

The petitioners have also filed Civil Application

No.6573 of 2022, praying for adding prayer clause-B1 by way of an amendment, which reads thus:- B1] The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass necessary order and direct the respondent no. 2 to forward proposal of petitioners for approval of absorption to the Resp. no.1, at par with the proposals submitted by Municipal Corporation Mumbai as well as Parbhani and sanction is accorded by Govt. under G.R. dt. 27.07.2021 & 30.09.2021 and make their absorption against the clear available vacancies of Junior Engineer accordingly.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the representation of the petitioners dated 21.10.2021 is a exhaustive representation and the same may be considered by the Corporation in the light of the request made therein and the Government Resolution dated 27.07.2021 and 30.09.2021, which has been issued by the State Government pertaining to the Municipal Corporations of Navi Mumbai and Parbhani.

The learned Advocate for the Aurangabad

Municipal Corporation submits that the persons with reference to whom the above mentioned two Government Resolutions have been issued, were on regular establishment of those Corporations unlike these petitioners, who are appointed on a scheme known as '

Ramai Awas Yojna' funded by the State Government and implemented by an agency, i.e. the Corporation. 5.

In view of the above, this petition as well as the Civil Application stand disposed off. We expect the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 21.10.2021 on their own merits and by considering the policies of the State Government as may be applicable, on or before 30th July, 2022.
