1] Shri P.S. Dighe, learned Advocate for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of the decision delivered by the Secretary for Cooperation dated 20.10.2014 by which the registration of the respondent no.6 - society has been set aside in the revision application bearing No.476/2010. It is, therefore, submitted that as the

WP 3986/12 - 2 - registration dated 31.8.2007 itself has been canceled, the grievance of the petitioner against the respondent no.6 - society does not survive.
