Permission is sought to spend an amount of Rs.52,73,475/- (Rupees fifty two thousand seventy three thousand four hundred seventy five) for the purpose of repairing electrical work in 49 staff quarters. The only contention of the non-applicants is that the said work shall be awarded by e-tendering process. 3.

Considering the Resolution and the need, the applicant is permitted to spend the amount as detailed for the purpose of repairing electrical work in staff quarters, however, the work shall

be awarded to the competent person and at competitive rate by etendering process. 4.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
