ORDER :

1.

This Application is made seeking permission to donate Rs.34 Crores to the State Government for implementing its scheme namely, Jalyukt Shivar Abhiyan - 2015.

Mr. Talekar, learned counsel for Respondent submits that for public purposes the Respondent does not have objection for giving the amount, however, last year Rs.25 Crores were given by Sansthan and the details regarding how the said amount has been utilized, are not given.

We permit the Sansthan to donate Rs.34 Crores to the State Government for implementing the scheme - Jalyukt Shivar Abhiyan 2015. The State shall give the details as to how the amount of Rs.34 Crores has been utilized by it, so also shall give the details about the utilization of Rs.25 Crores received by it last year from the

present Applicant. The details of utilization of Rs.25 Crores shall be given within EIGHT WEEKS from today, and the utilization of Rs.34 Crores which are being permitted to be donated to the State Government by the Applicant, shall be given immediately on utilization of the said amount.
