The civil application is filed for stay of Judgment and order dated 07.10.2016 passed in Arbitration Application No. 17/2009 as well as the award dated 21.10.1997.

The learned counsel for appellants submits that the appellants are willing to deposit entire amount of award along with interest within a period of six weeks from today.

In the event, said deposit is made, there shall be stay to the award dated 21.10.1997 passed by the sole Arbitrator. 4.
