After having heard learned counsel for the applicant for a while, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant. He, therefore, came around to withdraw the Bail Application with a prayer to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial. It is informed that, the charge has been framed. In view of the above, the Bail Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of 8 to 10 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
