Petitioner No.1 seeks issuance of the Tokre Koli Scheduled Tribe Certificate in '

format. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are his sons who have already applied for issuance of a fresh Tribe certificate. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- [a] Petitioner No.1 shall file an online application and return the original tribe certificate within 15 days from today. [b] Since the Petitioner is already a holder of a Scheduled Tribe khs/July 2023/7168

- 2 - Certificate, the concerned authority i.e. Respondent No.2 would consider the authenticity of the returned certificate and thereafter issue a Format '

certificate within 21 days.
