Present petition can be disposed of as directions are sought. Learned AGP waives notice for both the respondents and upon instructions makes a statement that respondent No.2 Committee would decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of six months. Taking into consideration the need of the petitioner to appear for NEET examination, considering the pendency of the matters before respondent No.2 and the fact that the matter is pending since 27.09.2023,

WP_4318_2024 the petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as early as possible within a period of six months from today.
