Present petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate for filling up the vacant sanctioned post with Bal Bhagwan Niwasi Apang Vidyalaya, Devni, Tq. Devni, Dist. Latur. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that even the hearing had taken place on 25.09.2023 but order has not been passed. Again a reminder request has been issued on behalf of the petitioner on 08.01.2024. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. She

WP_4844_2024 submits that the officer, who was holding the post of respondent No.2, who had taken the hearing, has been transferred and new officer has taken charge.

In view of the present situation that a new officer has come, the hearing will have to take place once again before him and, therefore, the present respondent No.2 to issue notice in respect of hearing by fixing a particular date and time within a period of one week from today. Upon the receipt of said notice the petitioner to appear before respondent No.2 on the given date and time and after hearing the parties concerned, respondent No.2 to decide the application/representation that has been filed on 24.05.2019 within a period of one month from the date of the hearing.
