Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for the State and learned counsel for respondent no.3/management. 2.

The petitioner prays that in view of the work load, he is entitled for the relief to grant him the work as per his representation dated 16.04.2018. The representation is pending before respondent no.2. He also submits that now the work load is sufficient to get the regular job to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent no.3/management states that today, the work load is only 28 hours. 3.

Since the work load is fluctuating, we allow this petition by directing respondent no.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2018 considering the work load as on today within one month from today.
