The learned Counsel for the respondent/Insurer has strongly resisted the application on the ground that the respondent/Insurer has succeeded in proving its defence that the driver of vehicle involved in the accident was not holding valid and effective driving licence. However, the third party met with an accidental death and, his dependents approached the Court for grant of compensation. 3.
In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rs. Five lacs), on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 4.
