Learned counsel for the applicant states that, he does not want to press this application at this stage. He seeks liberty to approach this Court again, if and when the chargesheet is fled against the applicant. He seeks liberty to withdraw this application.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with such liberty. However, it is made clear that, if the applicant approaches this Court again for quashing of the proceeding arising out of the FIR, which is the subject matter of this application, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law.
