1. We have heard Mr. Bachate the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. Mr. Karlekar.

Mr. Bachate, learned counsel submtis that land of the petitioner is acquired for construction of Smruddhi Mahamarg. The petitioner has filed representation to correct entries in the revenue record so also the record of land acquisition but no steps are taken.

If the petitioner has grievance with regard to the authorities prescribed under the Land Revenue Code in not taking steps, then, under the Circular dated 13.02.2015, the committee is constituted to look into the such grievances.

In light of that the petitioner may make an application to the committee constituted under the said Government Circular dated 13.02.2015. Upon receipt of the same, the committee shall take necessary action in accordance with law, preferably within 30 days. 5.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
