Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

This is an application for withdrawal of amount. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that reference court has enhanced the compensation exorbitantly. The learned counsel submits that the applicants, therefore, may not be permitted to withdraw the entire amount.

In view of this, the application is partly allowed. 4.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited before this Court subject to furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Remaining 25% amount shall be kept in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of three years and the fixed deposit be renewed thereafter from time to time till the disposal of the first appeals.
