The learned AGP submits, in the light of Prayer Clause (B) put forth by the Petitioner, that the concerned Tahsildar is present in the Court hall. He informs that the communication dated 04.12.2023 would be taken forward and the entire exercise of measurement, by following the due procedure laid down in law, would be conducted within 3 to 4 weeks. Thereafter, in tune with the report submitted by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record to the Tahsildar, possession of the land would be handed over to the Petitioner and a mutation entry would be carried out. This exercise would be completed in around 3 to 4 weeks.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner is satisfied.
