We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

It is contended that reference under section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act is pending.

In view of the fact that the reference under section 30 concerning apportionment of the amount is still pending with the District Court, it would not be appropriate to pass orders in the present writ petition. The petitioner may make application with the reference court regarding disbursement of the amount as claimed by the petitioner. It is for the reference court to pass orders on such application, after hearing all parties concerned and on its own merits.

With this observation, the writ petition disposed of. No costs. All contentions are kept open.
