The petitioner who is a director of a Credit Co-operative Society duly registered under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act is seeking to impugn the judgment and order passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar in an Appeal under Section 152 of the Act.

On the last date a query was put to the learned advocate as to if the petitioner has been authorized by the Credit Co-operative Society to prefer this Writ Petition on its behalf. The learned advocate Mr. Patil had sought time. Today he makes a statement that no resolution has been passed by the Society authorizing him to file this Writ Petition on its behalf challenging the judgment and order passed in the Appeal. 3.

In view of above state of affairs, the Writ Petition is dismissed for the sole reason of locus standi of the petitioner to file the Writ Petition on behalf of the Credit Co-operative Society. (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) habeeb 1/1
