Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

By way of present petition, the petitioner assails the order dated 30.09.2006 passed by the Principal Secretary, Revenue and Forest Department in Revision No.CON32(4)2006/A&R.

It is noted that the order under challenge was passed in the year 2006, whereas the present petition has been filed in the year 2022. 4.

Issues involved in the present petition pertain to the record of rights, wherein the revenue entries are maintained for fiscal purposes only and do not determine the inter se rights of the parties, it is clear that such rights are required to be adjudicated by the competent Civil Court.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court. 6.

It is clarified that, if the petitioner initiates the appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court, the Civil Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by the orders passed by any revenue authority.
