After having heard learned counsel for the applicants, the Court had initially inclination to grant the relief, but again after perused the papers, changed it's view and now not inclined to grant relief. Learned counsel for the applicants, therefore, came around to withdraw the applications with request to the trial Court to commence and conclude the trial in a time frame. 2.

In view of above, both the bail applications stand disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to frame the charge within a period 1 / 2

If the trial Court could not conclude the trial within the time frame, the applicants may move for bail. Needless to mention, such application shall be decided on it's own merits. ( R.G.
