1] Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2] The petitioner takes exception to the final voters list dated 20.03.2023.

3] The objections to the final voters list were filed by the petitioner on 05.04.2023 and same was filed after publication of the final voters list. The petitioner could have raised objections to the provisional voters list, which was not done. The Election Authority has held that the Election

4098.23WP Authority has no power to delete or include the names in the final voters list.

4] In view of the same, I do not see any reasons to interfere in the impugned order. The petitioner would be at liberty to raise grievance at an appropriate stage by filing appropriate proceedings, if available in law. 5] The Writ Petition is disposed of with above liberty.
