There is alternative prayer made in the petition to direct the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 13.4.2015 submitted by the petitioner. In the circumstances, we direct the respondent No.1 - Principal Secretary, Tribal

Criminal W.P. No.574/2015 Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to decide the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. In case the petitioner is not satisfied with the said decision, liberty to take appropriate remedy. Petition stands disposed of.
