Heard learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned AGP.

In disposed of writ petition wherein by order dated 22-11-2022, the petition was allowed in respect of two petitioners and the scheduled tribe caste certificate verification committee, Kinwat which was party respondent no. 2 was directed to issue validity certificates to both of them.

It is now being claimed that the certificate could be issued to one of the petitioner but not to the other as her matter pertains to the scheduled tribe caste certificate verification committee, Aurangabad which was not a party to the petition.

The application is allowed. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Learned AGP waives service.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the respondent no. 3 may be permitted to be added so that the Aurangabad committee can issue the validity certificate.

Aurangabad Committee - respondent no. 3 shall now issue tribe validity certificate to the applicant - Shilpa Uttam Nilawad as expeditiously as possible.
