1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for respondent.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have deposited 70% of the award amount before this Court and this Court has permitted the respondents to withdraw 50% amount out of it, hence, requested to stay the impugned judgment and order. 3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, the impugned judgment and order is stayed till final disposal of the appeal. The applicant shall deposit remaining 30% award amount within 12 weeks.
