Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, what can be noticed is the election programme of respondent no.3/APMC has traveled at an advance stage as the process of declaration of validly nominated candidate was already over on 6th April, 2023.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in writ jurisdiction. The petition accordingly stands dismissed.

However, needless to clarify that the petitioner if so desire may prefer an election dispute which will be decided without being influenced by the dismissal of the present petition.
