Learned counsel for the applicant has argued at length and tried his level best to convince the Court that the intention of the accused is missing in the crime. He also argued that causing 18 injuries within a short time is impossible. There is contradictory statement of the wife of the applicant as to the cause of quarrel. He also argued that the incident happened by way of private defence. He also argued that there was a delay of six days in lodging the FIR. 2.

The Court examined the record and disagree with the submission of the applicant. Hence, expressed disinclination to grant bail.

On instructions, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. Leave granted. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
