1) The application is filed for recalling the order of dismissal made for default and restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1015 of 2016. The learned counsel for the applicant takes blame to him.

2) In view of the submissions made and the contentions made in the application and as the applicant takes blame to himself, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown for condonation of delay and restoration of the matter.

2 Application 1943 of 2017 3) In the result, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing application for setting aside the order is condoned. The order is recalled and the matter is restored to its original number. Office objections are to be removed prior to 8 June 2017.
