Perused the communication by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nandurbar dated 21.04.2022, wherein the request is for permission to write roznamas in Case Information System in Court premises of Juvenile Justice Board, Nandurbar. It appears that the learned Principal Judge of Juvenile Justice Board has requested for permission to complete the work of Juvenile Justice Board one hour before and come to Court building for writing roznamas in Case Information System as the said system and the requisite machinery is not available at the place of work of Juvenile Justice Board at Shriyad Girls Observation Home, 71, Jagtapwadi, Nandurbar. In

Cri.Revn.Appln_120_2018 fact, it is the duty to make all the machinery available at the place where the normal proceedings of the board are conducted. Learned Registrar (Judicial) to make an inquiry/collect data with the Computer Department of this Court, NIC, Computer Department or any other relevant department of the Principal Seat and also Computer Department at Nandurbar, as to why such system cannot be made available at the place of work. If it can be made available, then, how much time it will take. Responsibility of providing necessary infrastructure to any Court, may be the Juvenile Justice Board, is on the district administration as well as the High Court, then, at least an endeavour should be made as to how we can provide such infrastructure at the said place. Learned Registrar (Judicial) may also collect data from other districts, which are attached to this Bench, as to what is the system/infrastructure, that is, provided and what system the Juvenile Justice Boards are adopting at such place.

The data be collected on or before 05.05.2022 and be placed before this Court on 06.05.2022.
