03.06.2019 P.C. :- We have heard Mr. Dalal the learned advocate for the petitioner, learned advocate Mr. Fulpagar h/f. Mr. Katneshwarkar for respondent no.1 and Mr. Dhongade the learned advocate for the respondent no.2. 2.

Mr. Dhongade the learned advocate for the respondent no.2 submits that respondent no.2-Executive Engineer, Mr. S.B. Birajdar is present in the Court and makes a statement that after obtaining an undertaking from the petitioner he would comply with the order passed by this Court in C.R.A. No. 30 of 2016 dated 06.07.2017. The said order would be complied within a period of one month on submission of an undertaking by the petitioner. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to Court.

The learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the respondent no.2 does not have objection for the same. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
