The appellant / original complainant, who has fled this application, is seeking withdrawal of appeal fled him in respect of acquittal of present respondent Nos.2 to 7, who are original accused. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant and respondent Nos. 2 to 7 had amicably settled the matter out of court, which was in respect of landed property. 3.

The learned counsel Mr. Rohit Dhongde, holding for Mr. Sanket Kulkarni, the learned counsel for respondent No.7, is also not having any objection for such withdrawal of the appeal.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed and the appellant is permitted to withdraw the present Criminal Appeal No.356 of 2019. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of and the Criminal Appeal No. 356 of 2019 also stands withdrawn and disposed of.
