The petitioners have put forth prayer clauses 'B' and 'C', which read as under :- "B.

That this Hon'ble Court may pleased to pass necessary writ, order or direction in like nature and direct the respondent no.3 & 4 to decide the representations/applications filed by the petitioners dated 02/11/2020, 05/04/2022 & 06/04/2022 as expeditiously as possible.

C.

That this Hon'ble Court may pleased to pass necessary writ, order or direction in like nature and direct the respondent no.3, to allow the petitioners to fill up the forms in annual general transfer as they have already completed three years of service."

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, if the representations of the petitioners are decided within a period of three weeks and their cases are considered for annual general transfers, this petition can be disposed off. 3.

The learned Advocate on the Panel of the Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar submits that, if the petitioners desire that, they should be considered in the annual general transfer, they have to tender on-line applications.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, such on-line applications would be filed on or before 10/10/2022. 5.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 6.
