Mr. Phule, learned AGP for the State is present. Perused the communication received from the Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded through the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Nanded seeking extension of six months time to decide the Sessions Case No.13 of 2018.

On perusing the report submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded, it is evident that, the trial is in progress and till this date, the prosecution has examined in all twelve witnesses. The prosecution intends to examine two more witnesses. The learned Additional Sessions Judge seeks six months time.

Having regard to the progress in the trial and looking to the pains taken by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded, six months time is hereby extended to dispose of Sessions Case No.13 of 2018.

The Registrar (Judicial) is requested to communicate the order to the concerned Court for compliance.
