Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant seeks bail in C.R.No.116 of 2023 registered with Deopur Police Station, Taluka and District Dhule, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504, 506, 143, 144, 147, 148 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Perused the first information report and the chargesheet. 4.

The role attributed to the applicants is beating the injured with fists and blows. No weapon has been recovered from them. Nothing is to be recovered from them. There are no antecedents to their discredit. Considering the role attributed to them, it would be inappropriate to keep them behind bar. Hence, the order :-

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Applicants No. (1) Aniket @ Ankit Mahesh Ahire and (2) Ajay Mahesh Ahire be released on bail, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.50,000/- each, with one solvent surety of the like amount, in the above crime for the aforesaid offences, on the conditions that, (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
