1] The applicant has moved this application seeking order to restrain the respondent nos.1 to 4 from withdrawing the amount of compensation payable towards acquisition of land under the provisions of the National Highways Act.
2] Mr.Rathi, learned counsel submits that though office has raised objection, he has filed Vakalatnama. Registry to check whether Vakalatnama is filed. In case Vakalatnama is not filed, learned counsel is directed to file fresh Vakalatnama.
