The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the Collector has already passed an order directing the respondent No. 3 to erect the transmission line and the tower as per the sanctioned plan. He further submits that, the respondent No. 3/company still is not constructing as per the plan. 2.

The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner would move the Collector, Nanded for further relief. 3.
