Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 18th October, 2022. By that order, the Judgment and order dated 7th December, 2018 passed in L.A.R. No. 73/2013 is set aside and the said reference has been restored on the file of 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalna.

Mr Kulkarni, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the concerned reference is probably numbered as L.A.R. No. 43/2013 and on this count, the trial court is unable to proceed ahead in the matter.

I have perused the Judgment and order dated 7th December, 2018, which shows that L.A.R. No. 73/2013 is printed thereon. However,

2 SPM-WP-8609-2022 on the top right hand side portion of the order L.A.R. No. 43/2013 is printed on the first page. On the rest of the pages, L.A.R. No. 73/2013 is printed. Luckily, the same C.N.R is mentioned in respect of both the L.A.R.Nos. 73/2013 and L.A.R. No. 43/2013 which is CNRMHJN020014052014.

The 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalna shall implement the order passed on 18th October, 2022 in L.A.R. having C.N.R. Number as CNRMHJN020014052014.

The motion is accordingly disposed of.
