Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 3. There is dispute in respect of rate of interest on the deposited amount. 2.
According to the learned Counsel for applicant, applicant is entitle for amount of Rs.95,000/- whereas as per the learned Counsel for respondent No.1, applicant is entitle for amount of Rs.65,000/- as per prevailing interest rate.

Considering the submissions of all the learned Counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed.

The Account Section of this Court shall verify the entitlement of rate of interest to the applicant. 5.
