Petitioners are praying for issuance of directions to the SubDivisional Officer to issue Tribe certificate certifying that he belongs to Tokare Koli Scheduled Tribe.

Petitioners contend that their father is in receipt of such certificate issued by the Executive Magistrate on 15.07.1989. Though online application appears to have been tendered on 27.11.2017, learned AGP on instructions from the Sub-Divisional Officer contends that such an application is not received. 3.

In the circumstances, without verifying contentions of respondent, we permit the petitioners to tender online application within seven days from today. Petitioners shall simultaneously tender hard copy of the application to the Sub-Divisional Officer, who shall accept the sme and proceed to take appropriate steps.

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
