DATE : 20th MARCH 2023 P.C.:- Counsel for petitioner - Mr. Salunke informs that in view of the elected post being held by the petitioner, the Tahsildar has already forwarded proposal for deciding the claim of validation of the caste/tribe. 2.

In view of the pendency of the aforesaid proposal, we direct the petitioner to appear before the respondent - Committee on 10th April, 2023. From the date of such appearance of the petitioner, we direct the Committee to decide his claim within a period of four months thereafter by following the due process of law.
